In 2018 vertegenwoordigde B-girl Vicky Nederland op dit wereldpodium, en in 2026 kan jij het zijn! (of je zoon of dochter)<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De Jeugd Olympische Spelen vinden plaats van <\/span><b>31 oktober t\/m 13 november 2026<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Breaking staat gepland op de laatste twee dagen: <\/span><b>12 en 13 november 2026<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Let op: deze data kunnen nog wijzigen.<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ben je benieuwd wat ervoor nodig is om in aanmerking te komen? Hieronder vind je de belangrijkste informatie over de toelatingseisen, het selectietraject en wat er van deelnemers en ouders wordt verwacht. Bij vragen of interesse kun je mailen naar <\/span><b>breaking@nadb.eu<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>Wie komt in aanmerking?<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Om deel te nemen aan Breaking tijdens de Jeugd Olympische Spelen in 2026 moet je aan de volgende voorwaarden voldoen:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Je bent minimaal <\/span><b>13 jaar oud<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> op de dag van de competitie.(Geboren tussen 14 nov 2008 en 12 nov 2013)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Je bent maximaal <\/span><b>17 jaar oud<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> op de dag van de sluitingsceremonie (13 november 2026).<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Je hebt een <\/span><b>geldig WDSF ID Card (licentie)<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> voor het seizoen 2025\/2026.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Je neemt deel aan <\/span><b>minimaal \u00e9\u00e9n WDSF Breaking-wedstrijd<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> in het seizoen 2025\/2026 (lijst volgt via de offici\u00eble WDSF-kalender). Voor nu is dat de volgende wedstrijd: het WK voor de jeugd op 28 augustus in Porto, Portugal. Er werd door de WDSF aangekondigd dat er ook nog een Europees kampioenschap aankomt, maar daar is nog niks over bekend. <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Je bezit een <\/span><b>geldig paspoort van het land dat je vertegenwoordigt<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Je houdt je aan de regels en voorschriften van de WDSF (World DanceSport Federation).<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De Nederlandse dansbond (NADB) en het NOC*NSF zijn samen verantwoordelijk om te zorgen dat alles correct verloopt. Ouders en dansers hoeven dus niet alles zelf uit te zoeken, maar het is belangrijk om goed voorbereid te zijn.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>Aantal deelnemers en selectieprocedure<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Er zijn wereldwijd <\/span><b>24 plaatsen beschikbaar<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> voor Breaking:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">12 B-boys<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">12 B-girls<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De verdeling van deze plaatsen wordt gedaan op basis van:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Wereldwijde spreiding<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Vertegenwoordiging per continent<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Extra aandacht voor Afrika en het gastland Senegal<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sportieve prestaties van de atleet<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Gelijkheid tussen jongens en meisjes<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Let op: de Nederlandse dansbond moet voor <\/span><b>31 juli 2025<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> aan het Internationaal Olympisch Comit\u00e9 (IOC) laten weten dat we willen deelnemen. Daarna begint het selectieproces, dat deels gebaseerd is op prestaties in internationale wedstrijden.
